There are Real Estate Agents, and then there's Buddy. He skillfully managed and negotiated two contingent contracts involving two buyers, two agents, and three sellers - facilitating a simultaneous closing on both our sale and the purchase. He was always available, always ahead of every detail, and brought our dog a water bowl during late-night walkthroughs. The level of care is on a different planet than what we'd experienced before. Buddy and Eve are now genuine friends and we'd refer them to anyone in the Valley.
